The Little Einsteins CDC Inc.’s Operational Handbook outlines some of the major operational policies, rules and procedures used here at Little Einsteins CDC Inc. and used as a guide for parent/guardians, staff and operator to allow for a childcare experience that children need and deserve. It is released every December and June.

Summary of the NC Child Care Law and Rules

The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services is responsible for regulating child care. This is done through Development and Early Education. The Division of Child - purpose of regulation is to protect the health, safety, and well being of children while they are away from their parents. The law defining child care is in the North Carolina General 110.
