Valentina Tillery

The facility is owned and operated by Mrs. Valentina Tillery who holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Fayetteville State University, her NC Early Education Credentials I & II, a Certification in Early Childhood Administration, as well as a Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care.

Mrs. V is also a nationally accredited CPR/AED/First Aid instructor who also holds an Early Educator Certificate from the NC Institute for Child Development Professionals. To add to her accolades, she is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children, the ECE Advocacy Academy, the National Black Child Development Institute, and has a plethora of experience in caregiving and teaching in the early childhood learning field.

Aside from her accolades, she is a strong advocate for the expansion of quality care within the early childhood community. As a mother of three, ages ranging from adolescent to young adult age, she is familiar with the ups and downs with childcare services and has spent 12+ years preparing, training, and devoting herself to be able to provide the type of childcare service that is invaluable to the surrounding communities and families that live in it.

Antonio Graham

Mr. Graham began his career in early childhood education at just 14 years old. As a senior in high school, his free time is spent sharing his love and passion for happy little learners. Mr. Graham serves an integral role as a teacher's assistant and our Little Einstein's favorite person! He aspires to serve in the U.S Army as an animal care specialist and to eventually own and operate a safe haven farm.

Anthony Morris Jr.

Mr. Anthony, better known as Mr. A.J. began with Little Einsteins in 2023 and has been a great asset to the team. When Mr. A.J. is on the clock, has a niche for making our children feel like they belong, teaching them that sharing is caring and everyone's happiness matters. As a business/medical major at Fayetteville State University, he has plans to enter the health field and make a substantial impact to the world around him in a very meaningful way.
